I charge a lower rate for people that can not or do not wish to have face-to-face sessions. This can include telephone counselling

Price varies depending on your choice of venue and the distance travelled etc.

I can offer you therapy outside of the traditional indoor setting by combining exercise with counselling. 

£40 / 50 min session

Standard Session 

Our first session is offered at £20, it's half price because I want you to know me and for us to decide if I am best suited to meet your individual needs.
